“Beyond Bricks and Mortar : Building Effective Global Organizations”–presentation of collaborative research on how to improve the student experience and drive retention and persistence. Focus will be on the compatibilities between Intelligence (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ).
